At 29, Schwan isn’t just any reinforcement. She’s coming fresh off a championship run with the Orlando Valkyries in the Major League Volleyball (USA), where she proved she’s got the firepower and winning mentality to shift momentum in any match.
Creamline made the announcement with their signature energy online, hyping up the arrival of their newest Pink Volleybelle: “Super excited kami to share with you mga ka-vibes ang newest addition sa ating GV-kada! Sabay-sabay nating i-welcome si Courtney Schwan!”

If there’s one thing Creamline fans know, it’s that this team doesn’t settle. After their iconic Grand Slam in 2024, the Cool Smashers have been hungry to reclaim the top spot. But since then, it’s been a rollercoaster—finishing as runner-up in the 2024–25 All-Filipino Conference and still managing podium finishes in the PVL On Tour and Invitational. Solid, yes. But for Creamline, second place isn’t enough.
That’s where Schwan comes in. The outside hitter will be adding some serious firepower to a wing rotation already stacked with MVPs Alyssa Valdez and Jema Galanza. Imagine those three on the same floor—Valdez with her veteran leadership, Galanza with her all-around game, and Schwan bringing in international championship experience. That’s a trio no team should underestimate.

For fans, it feels like the Cool Smashers are gearing up for a statement season. Schwan’s arrival isn’t just about breaking their title drought—it’s about reigniting that dominant Creamline spirit that made them the PVL’s winningest club.
The stage is set. The Reinforced Conference kicks off next month, and with Schwan in the mix, Creamline isn’t just aiming to compete—they’re gunning to dominate.
