Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser has officially inked a fresh two-year contract with TNT Tropang Giga, rewarding his strong return to form after a year-long recovery from a major knee injury.
The extension, finalized on Friday night, took place in the presence of Ganuelas-Rosser’s wife Marlina Carlos and his agent, Charlie Dy of Virtual Playground, according to TNT team manager Jojo Lastimosa.
This new agreement follows Ganuelas-Rosser’s impressive stint in the 49th Season PBA Philippine Cup Finals, where he played a vital role for TNT after being sidelined for an entire season due to an ACL injury. Despite the long layoff, he returned with intensity — particularly during the playoff run — which left TNT management thoroughly impressed.KATROPA PA RIN 📲

“Considering how long he was out, to return at that level in the playoffs without easing in was remarkable,” Lastimosa shared. “Management is thrilled with how he competed.”
Although terms of the new contract were not made public, Ganuelas-Rosser had previously signed a three-year maximum deal with Blackwater during his rookie season in 2022 before moving to TNT.

His numbers speak volumes about his impact. In the finals series, the 6-foot-7 forward posted averages of 12.2 points and 3.0 blocks per game — a significant improvement from his 8.2 points and 0.8 blocks during the elimination round. His timely emergence added much-needed defensive presence and energy, especially with TNT’s roster navigating injuries.
That presence will be even more crucial moving forward. With key big man Poy Erram expected to miss extended time after also suffering an ACL injury during the finals against San Miguel, Ganuelas-Rosser is expected to play an even bigger role in the next PBA season.
For TNT, securing BGR’s services ensures stability and upside in the frontcourt as they aim to stay competitive in the 50th PBA season.
