Alas Pilipinas Falls to Thailand in Four Sets, Settles for Bronze-Medal Match Against Indonesia Next

Alas Pilipinas put up a good fight, but ultimately fell short against defending champions Thailand, 25-22, 25-17, 24-26, 25-16, in Leg 2 of the 2025 SEA Women's V.League on Saturday, August 9.

Alas Women showed promise, extending the game into a fourth set after a close 26-24 win in the third, but ran out of gas in the next set. Their bronze-medal match against Indonesia will be on Sunday, August 10, 5 pm (Manila Time).
